Initial Intake & Arrival
A 15-minute alignment check where we discuss your movement history and any specific focus areas. We establish the breathing rhythm that will anchor the entire practice.
Centering & Warm-up
Gentle, deliberate motions to activate major joint groups. We focus on spinal mobility and engaging the breath-body connection to prepare for deeper movement.
Main Sustained Practice
The core phase of the session—sequences range from standing balance to seated holds depending on the chosen style. We look for technical precision and nervous system regulation under load.
Final Stillness
Often referred to as Savasana. A period of stillness allowing the body to settle and the nervous system to shift into a restorative parasympathetic state.
